Celle-ci a instaur\u00e9, entre autres, le m\u00e9canisme des certificats d\u2019\u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie (CEE).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Le dispositif repose sur une obligation de r\u00e9alisation d\u2019\u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie impos\u00e9e aux fournisseurs d\u2019\u00e9nergie (appel\u00e9s oblig\u00e9s). Ces derniers doivent ainsi justifier de l\u2019accomplissement de leurs obligations par la d\u00e9tention d\u2019un montant de CEE \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 leurs obligations.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Les objectifs sont d\u00e9finis par les pouvoirs publics, en fonction des volumes de vente de chaque oblig\u00e9 et du prix des \u00e9nergies. Ils sont d\u00e9finis pour une p\u00e9riode g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de trois ans et exprim\u00e9s en \u00ab kWh cumul\u00e9 et actualis\u00e9 \u00bb (kWh\u00a0cumac).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00c0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode, les oblig\u00e9s doivent prouver qu\u2019ils ont atteint les objectifs d\u2019\u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie qu\u2019ils avaient par la d\u00e9tention du nombre de CEE correspondant.
